Accreditation All media representatives attending any part of the Global Forum must have Forum accreditation and a press pass. To apply for accreditation, media must complete an application form. Accreditation forms can be found here.
Press passes will be issued in Veale Center to accredited journalists presenting proper ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.).
Admission to the Global Forum and on-site workshops will require the presentation of an official Global Forum press pass. Media access to the Virtual Forum (online) will ONLY be granted to accredited journalists.
Media Center A Media Center will be available to journalists in the Veale Convocation Center during the Global Forum. Individual space cannot be reserved but will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Facilities will be available in the Media Center for radio producers to take direct audio feeds (i.e., through plug-in to a distribution box). Visual media (television and photo) will be given access, on a rotating basis, to the floor of Veale Center auditorium to film the proceedings. Access to electrical outlets and wireless internet will be available in the Media Center.
The Media Center will include a documents distribution area where journalists will be able to obtain all the Forum documents and press releases. A daily calendar of the Forum schedule, workshops and locations will also be available. Volunteers will be on hand to provide additional information and directions.
Live coverage of the Forum will be broadcast on closed circuit television monitors located in the Media Center.

Daily Briefing Twice a day, starting Monday, October 23 through Wednesday, October 25, the Forum will host briefing sessions in the Media Center. During these sessions, a Forum representative will provide an overview of the day’s topics and answer questions related to the Forum.
The landmark Forum will not only be hosted in-person at Case Weatherhead in October 2006, but it will also encircle the globe, with over 1,000 delegates from around the world attending the Conference virtually.
